By combining plastic and cardboard, AbiPack has achieved the perfect union: a fully printable surface - inside and outside - and a tray capable of always guaranteeing the perfect preservation of the product. Manufactured in 2 separable and fully recyclable materials.
The FSC mark guarantees that the product has been manufactured with raw materials from forests that are properly managed according to the principles of the two main standards: Forest Management and Chain of Custody.
Paper is easily recycled effectively and efficiently, both from a technological and economic perspective. Using today's most common paper technologies, it can be blended with other secondary fibers obtained from the separate collection of paper. The paper recycling process has a waste rate of less than 10%.
AbiPack manages to reduce plastic use by at least 50%.
AbiPack has made the entire outer surface of the tray customizable, making printable sides available in 8 colors. But that's not all: the plasticized layer protecting the contents also makes the entire inner surface printable and usable.
The type of material used and the provision of different types of closure and sealing, guarantee the freshness and perfect preservation of each product. This maximizes the shelf life of each product.
AbiPack has combined the needs of the market with those of the environment in order to create an environmentally friendly product. Thus, AbiPack has designed a tray that allows to separate the 2 components in the final phase of their life cycle, in order to reintegrate them in the production circuit.
